Las bases del concurso exig\u00edan el desarrollo de la haurreskola en planta 1\u00aa, con posibilidad de ampliaci\u00f3n en planta 2\u00aa. Esta condici\u00f3n planteaba varios interrogantes en lo que se refiere a la accesibilidad por parte de los ni\u00f1os y madres con carritos. Finalmente se opt\u00f3 por una rampa que adem\u00e1s de cumplir\u00a0 los requisitos normativos configuraba la imagen del edificio.<\/p>\n

El programa se orden\u00f3 de forma conc\u00e9ntrica respecto a un patio central, disponi\u00e9ndose el \u00e1rea de recreo en la esquina por razones de vistas y soleamiento.<\/p>\n

El material propuesto para la fachada es el ladrillo de diferentes colores , de forma que la construcci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento fueran sencillos pero consigui\u00e9ndose una imagen general acorde al uso previsto.<\/p>\n
